I bought this to sleep on as I have a temporary hip injury, and it works brilliantly to keep the pressure off my hip for side sleeping. I’d been looking online for something suitable, and couldn’t find anything until I saw this mat, and it is magic! I put a Kiwi ultralight fitted sheet for sleeping pad over the top, and it’s really comfortable and soft.
