It is a great pack, and I am enjoying using it, carrying over 19kg with reasonable comfort. I do have a grouch about the waist belt.
I used the Osprey calculator off their website to determine the size. I got 47cm for the torso which made it a small or medium, so I chose a medium. However the hip belt sizing is alittle big for me.
Some of the Osprey packs have variable hip belt sizes, but not the Atmos. I have a stout average build, not skinny, so this can’t be explained by my waist being tiny.

I ordered my pack from a very reputable company on the internet, and didn’t try it on first. My recommendation is that if you buy it in this manner, try it on first to ensure the belt is right for you.
