Torso length:
1. Start at the C7 vertebra at the base of your neck. The best way to find this is to bend your neck and feel the first bump along the base of your neck. This bump is where you will want to start your measurement.
2. Next, you’ll want to find the midpoint between your iliac crest. To find your iliac crest, cup your hip bones on both sides and find the center point on your spine. This midpoint is where your thumbs should be pointing.
3. Finally, measure from the C7 vertebra to your iliac crest. From there, you’ll have your torso measurement.
Small: 16″ – 18″
Medium: 18″ – 20″
Large: 20″ – 22″
If you’re in between sizes, you can:
+ size down for more of a shoulder wrap and higher hipbelt
+ size up for a lower hipbelt fit
Hipbelt Sizing
Hip Measurement:
1. You will want to find your iliac crest again by cupping your hip bones on both sides.
2. Then, wrap a soft measuring tape or string around the top of your iliac crest. This will tell you your hip measurement.

Loved my pack, though I must admit it took a while for me to get used to it. Carry differently to my Osprey or Aarn Pack.

Really impressed with this pack on its first outing (4day tenting/tramping trip). It’s not a huge pack, so requires judicious gear selection and packing (best suited to ultralight items that pack down small), but I love how simple it is and found it perfectly comfortable – no areas of chafe or discomfort at all. I’m not a fan of having gear on the outside of the pack, but the pockets hold the gear well and they are convenient. I did end up with a fair bit of bush debris in them and not sure I’ll be so happy in wet conditions. Hip pockets are a game changer, although they are a bit on the small side and a little awkward to get at and zip up again. My only other gripe would be finding a safe place to store keys, as there are no internal pockets. The removable back pad was well utilised, although once again wet conditions would change its value due to the vent holes.
